2022 NASCAR at Charlotte race picks, Coca-Cola 600 odds, starting grid, predictions by legendary expert

Kyle Larson didn’t book the second of his career-high 10 NASCAR Cup Series wins in 2021 until he captured the checkered flag in Charlotte in May. With just one win so far this season, the reigning series champion hopes history will repeat itself when he competes in the 2022 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway Sunday at 6:00 PM ET. Larson won the second race of the year at Fontana, but hasn’t tasted a win since, although he was sixth or better in six of the eight subsequent races he finished – including second place in Kansas two weeks ago.

Larson is the 9-2 favorite in the last 2022 Coca-Cola 600 odds of Caesars Sportsbook. Kyle Busch is 13-2 and Chase Elliott is 15-2, while Martin Truex Jr. the top 2022 Coca-Cola 600 contenders round out 9-1. you will want watch the NASCAR in Charlotte predictions from Micah Roberts, the legendary Vegas bookmaker who pioneered racing betting, before securing a Coca-Cola 600 pick for 2022

Roberts, a former bookmaker in Vegas, was the first to offer comprehensive NASCAR betting, and now hands out NASCAR winners to his SportsLine followers. Roberts is the nation’s foremost NASCAR betting expert, and his top pick, Elliott, won the Jockey Made in America 250 last season.

He also correctly predicted the 2021 Coca-Cola 600 winner, taking Larson’s win with a chance of 11-2, and he was right in targeting Elliott as the winner of the EchoPark Texas Grand Prix with a chance of 11-2. 8-5 the week before. In addition, Roberts made it to last year’s GEICO 500 when he predicted that Brad Keselowski would win with 14-1 odds. Everyone who followed their choices has redeemed tickets.

Now Roberts has analyzed the field and the odds for Sunday’s NASCAR at the Charlotte 2022 race (see tickets on StubHubHe only shares his winner and projected leaderboard on SportsLine.

2022 Coca-Cola 600 Expert Predictions

One shock: Roberts has little Ryan Blaney, even though he is one of the top 2022 Coca-Cola 600 candidates. In fact, Roberts says that Blaney, who won the $1 million prize in last week’s All-Star Race in last week’s Texas and placed third in two starts at Charlotte in 2020, is barely making the top 20.

“These are his only top-five in 11 starts where he averaged 18th place,” Roberts told SportsLine. “Blaney got the money in the All-Star Race last week, but all the best cars had crashed.”

Another curveball: Roberts is high on Ross Chastain, who is 10-1 in the final NASCAR against Charlotte. The 29-year-old Floridian recorded the first two wins of his Cup Series career this season and recorded his first win in Austin at the end of March after 120 failed attempts. Chastain also won at Talladega last month and leads all drivers this year with seven top five finishes.

“His best finish in four starts (with Charlotte) was 21st in 2020. Last season he finished 37th,” Roberts told SportsLine. “But this is a new year, a new team and a new attitude.”
