On August 20, RM Sotheby’s will host the auction of the victorious Formula 1 car.

During the 1998 Formula 1 season, Micheal Schumacher drove a Ferrari F300 to victory four times. The specimen of the undefeated champion Scuderia Ferrari is in remarkable condition, preserved and completely original, and can be added to your legendary collection. When RM Sotheby’s goes to Monterey, a lucky racing fan gets a chance to own their dream car.

This F300 is built on the most successful undefeated Ferrari Formula One chassis of all eras, and is the only Ferrari Formula One chassis to have competed in at least three races and won every race it participated in. After its gallant race run, it was sold by Scuderia Ferrari in 1999 to its first private owner in racing condition. It has been discreetly kept out of the public eye and this sale will be the first time it will be available to the public.

Only the most prestigious car collections are worth welcoming this piece of Formula 1 racing history into the garage, as it is one of the most important Ferrari cars in existence, especially in ‘modern’ history. It is in the same condition today as when it went into private collection 23 years ago, and deserves an owner who will appreciate its status as one of Formula 1’s greatest championship cars.
