In addition to the firsts for HCIL, the City e:HEV will be manufactured in India at the company’s facility in Tapukara, Rajasthan. Speaking of the car, it has the same design as Honda City. The car comes with Honda’s unique self-charging and efficient Two Motor Electric Hybrid system, coupled with a 1.5-litre Atkinson-Cycle DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine, with a fuel consumption of 26.5 kmpl and ultra-low emissions.

Toyota Camry Hybrid

Toyota Camry is one of the most recognized vehicles of the Japanese car brand worldwide and has been present in India for a long time. The long-running model was recently updated with the 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid in India. The hybrid Camry has a redesigned appearance and draws its power from a 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that works with an e-CVT automatic gearbox controlled by paddle shifters. The engine produces 178 hp, aided by a permanent magnet synchronous motor as part of the 120 hp hybrid system.

The car, which belongs to the BMW 7 Series, is powered by a 3.0-litre petrol engine in combination with an eDrive engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle will have a four-wheel drive system. The engine delivers a power of 394 Ps and a maximum torque of 600 Nm. In addition, the car can go from 01-00 km/h in 5.3 seconds.
